- My name is Joe Trovato. I am a Senior Mortgage Banker for the company HengerRast Mortgage. I started on the ground floor of the profession in Atlanta in 1993 as a processor. From 1994 to 1997, i was steadily promoted to underwriter, loan officer, and production manager. In 1997, I took on a new challenge as an Account Executive on the wholesale side. In this role, I advised Mortgage Bankers and Loan Officers how to structure home financing so that it would accomplish their borrowers' financial goals
